The Role:


  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an Employment Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Employment team provide an exceptional service on a full spectrum of complex mandates for some of the UK's largest & bestknown employers across the transport, healthcare, logistics, retail and public sectors
  • As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of respondent work, including highprofile tribunal cases, employment contracts, grievance & disciplinary advice, settlement agreements, immigration and pensions
  • As a Senior Associate, you will also mentor and support the junior members of the team and liaise with other seniors regarding the development of the department
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level
  • An experienced Employment Solicitor with 4 to 7 years PQE
  • Highly meticulous & commercially focused
