Description
The role includes the following tasks

  • Identifying customers needs and offering solutions to their problems.
  • Producing quotations to a timely manner.
  • Chasing quotations to receive feedback.
  • Taking orders.
  • Various Administration tasks.
  • Purchasing goods from suppliers for nonstock items.
  • Helping the team reach their sales targets.
  • Working alongside other departments.


Customer service is also a large part of the role so experience dealing with a variety of issues would also be a distinct advantage.

Product knowledge would also be preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Hours are 8.30 am to 5.30pm Mon-Friday and 1 Saturday in 7 from 9am -12noon.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
