Description
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's excellent team and assist in the smooth running of the Customer Service Department whilst dealing with internal teams such as Planning and Purchasing as well as external customers.
You will manage customer requests and orders using SAP and deal with logistic partners to manage the delivery process and offer an all-round excellent customer experience.
You will also manage stock levels, utilise forecasts and order history as well as monitor and report on customer sales forecasts daily, weekly and monthly.
Managing the customer process from inception through to production planning and delivery of the end product, you will possess strong customer service skills, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload and problem solve.
