Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Epsom based organisation, who are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join their team.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that enquiries are dealt with and resolved within agreed timeframes
  • Refer customers where necessary to other teams
  • Assisting with management of all digital enquiries
  • Responding to customer feedback
  • Maintaining up to date records
  • Assisting with specific projects
  • Administrative duties
  • Producing reports
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard, to include Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience of handling confidential matters
  • Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Able to prioritise and multitask
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal


The company offer a competitive salary of up to £28,400, plus benefits including pension, 22 days annual leave and parking.
