Delivery Consultant - Multi-award-winning technical recruitment company, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join their Birmingham office.**
Responsibilities will include:

Conduct research on the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries in the UK, Europe, United States, and Asia

Research existing and potential clients within the specified industries to include identifying decision-makers, company structures, and their hiring needs

Mapping of Talent Pools within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering sectors, evaluating their qualifications and suitability for various roles.

Delivery Consultant skills will include:

Excellent written and rapport-building communication skills

Strong research skills to gather and analyse information from different sources

Prior experience in executive search is not required, as full training and support will be provided by the Director.
