A new opportunity has arisen for a bright Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established property and building consultancy, in Birmingham.


The Senior Building Surveyor role


Due to this firms continuous growth, they are now seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.


The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on the full scope of Building Surveying professional services including pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, measured surveys, planned maintenance, schedule of condition, party wall & neighbourly mattersand dilapidations.


Alongside this, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be managing a range of commercial and education project schemes, working on the design, refurbishment and contract administration.


The Senior Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • MRICS
  • Consultancy background
  • Relevant Building Surveying experience
