Job Title:
Nights Transport Administrator

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (20:00 - 06:00 with a 30-minute paid break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist drivers with paperwork
  • Communicate estimated time of arrivals to relevant parties
  • Upload relevant information onto the database

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the transport industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off basis
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
