The job itself:


we are looking for a creative and organised individual to manage our well-established after school club which takes place on Monday to Friday each week from 3.15 until 6pm.


  • Prioritise the wellbeing and safety of pupils after school hours.
  • Plan engaging and varied activities suitable for children aged 4 11 years old
  • Provide opportunities which spark children's interest and enjoyment.
  • Support pupils' emotional and social wellbeing.
  • Encourage and promote the inclusion of all children.
  • Communicate well with parents and carers.
  • Promote the school's value and aims.

We are looking for someone that:

  • Has experience of working with children
  • Can form positive and caring relationships
  • Motivates children to engage and get the most out of our afterschool provision.
  • Is committed to ensuring children are safe and happy.
  • Treats everyone with kindness, fairness and dignity.
  • Is able to implement organisational systems which ensure the smooth running of the provision.
