Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Professional.

This role is initially for 3 months though it may be extended for up to a year depending on the circumstances of LCC at the end of the 3 months.

Manage requests for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
Manage requests for personal data under the provisions of the UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018
Provide advice and assistance to staff regarding all aspects of UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000
Ensure information governance awareness remains current in accordance with legislative requirements
Manage all information access issues for the council in accordance with legislative requirements
Manage the access to information service and monitor the status of all information access requests
Manage the Councils Publication Scheme, Disclosure Log and Transparency Code data publication
Manage the RIPA register
