Lead Recruiter
What you'll be doing:
- Coach a successful recruitment team within a targeted environment
- Work with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
- Assess, interpret and report data
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of current market trends to inform all recruitment activities
- Act as brand ambassador and recruiting role model
What we're looking for:
- Established and proven commercial recruiter from a diverse and inclusive recruitment environment
- Strong negotiator with people influencing skills
- Developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- Detail orientated
- Proven ability of multitasking
- Confident to take lead initiatives in an autonomous environment
- Decision making and problem solving
- Flexible work attitude and willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business
