What you'll be doing:

Coach a successful recruitment team within a targeted environment
Work with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
Assess, interpret and report data
Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Maintain awareness of current market trends to inform all recruitment activities
Act as brand ambassador and recruiting role model

What we're looking for:

Established and proven commercial recruiter from a diverse and inclusive recruitment environment
Strong negotiator with people influencing skills
Developed interpersonal and presentation skills
Detail orientated
Proven ability of multitasking
Confident to take lead initiatives in an autonomous environment
Decision making and problem solving
Flexible work attitude and willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business
