McCarthy Stone are looking for
Support Workers to join our team at
Claridge
House in
Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Built in 2011 and consisting of 58 apartments, Claridge House was built for the over 70's in mind that may, or may not need care.


Hourly rate:
£10.72 per hour plus additional pay (see below)


Hours:
X3 positions available depending on your preference.

X1 Position - 20 hours a week:


  • X2 Position
  • 16 hours a week:

X3 Position - 13 hours a week

About the role:

As a Support Worker you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well.

Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.

Every day will be diverse, and you'll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.


About you:


  • You will be a warm, friendly individual with ideally some experience of working in a care and support environment.
  • You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of team in a busy work setting.
  • You will want to work in the Health and Social care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification although this is not essential and training will be given.
