Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and process the company's income and expenditure
  • Responsible for distributing and reconciling petty cash
  • Maintain the purchase order system for online orders
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts
  • Update supplier expenditure information
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes
  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality with all work
  • General administration duties as required for the role

Skills and experience required:


  • Fluent Welsh speaking
  • Experience working in a similar position
  • AAT Level 2 qualified (Desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and efficient
