Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process the company's income and expenditure
- Responsible for distributing and reconciling petty cash
- Maintain the purchase order system for online orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts
- Update supplier expenditure information
- Maintain excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality with all work
- General administration duties as required for the role
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent Welsh speaking
- Experience working in a similar position
- AAT Level 2 qualified (Desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and efficient
