SEN Teaching Assistant - PAYE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant for an outstanding primary school in Hillingdon.

Our school offers a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best possible care and education to children with SEN/D.

Responsibilities:

Supporting teaching staff in the classroom and providing supervision and assistance to students with SEN/D.
Working oneonone with students who have special educational needs to help them make progress.
Providing additional learning material and helping to create individual learning plans.
Assisting in the implementation of appropriate strategies to help manage student behaviour.

Requirements:

A commitment to providing highquality care and education.
Previous experience of working with children with SEN/D.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification in teaching assistants or similar.
