The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to provide the best service with confidence
Negotiating terms of business and completing placements.
Building a network within a chosen market and making a name for yourself
Clear pathway for progression:

1st year £40k£50k On Target Earnings (OTE)
2nd year £50k£80k (OTE)
3rd year £80k£100k+ (OTE)

Additional day of holiday per year worked

2pm finish Fridays start the weekend early
