As Recruitment Lead at Wise, you'll lead a team responsible for all aspects of recruitment across Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Marketing and Platform Growth.**Culture is everything to us at Wise and identifying, finding and selecting the best talent to support our highly collaborative and non-hierarchical culture is key.


Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead a team of Recruiters and Sourcers supporting full-cycle recruiting across 5 core functions (100+ roles over the next 12 months).
  • Set clear goals, ensure accountability and lead with data.
  • Own enablement, learning and development for your team, including training, onboarding and knowledge management.
  • Work with your peers to drive a highperformance hiring culture across Wise.
  • Partner with senior leaders, FP&A and People Partners for each of the respective functions to develop sustainable workforce plans and monitor attainment
  • Rolemodel DEI best practices to ensure that we embed diversity into the dna of our recruiting philosophy
  • Partner with other leads across the People team to find solutions to solve talent related problems (Operations, Partners, Learning, Mobility & Reward).
  • Across the People team, ensure that we're building robust and scalable processes, prioritising automation where possible.
  • Own, design, build and implement transformation programmes across the team to elevate our ways of working and practices.

  • You understand the importance of demand planning and adopting flexible resource strategies to meet business growth needs
