About the role:


As a Resorcing Specialist, you will have a focus on our Care Services functions, with a specific emphasis on proactively sourcing aplicants for management and other key vacancies, delivering a first class, professional recruitment service to Anchor stakeholders while building an in-house database of top external talent and expertise.

With strong operational and commercial capabilities, you will quickly develop, propose and deliver short, medium and long term strategies and processes for sourcing, recruiting and selecting expert external talent, in consultation with sector stakeholders and our Centre of Excellence for recruitment and e-recruitment.


About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Confidence to engage with people across all levels of the organisation and the ability to build solid and professional relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

Ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment and remain calm and customer focused under pressure.

Proven experience of managing high level permanent recruitment campaigns.

Knowledgeable recruitment professional with demonstrable and successful experience of direct and indirect sourcing recruitment methods.


Experience of designing and delivering fit-for-purpose selection processes and documentation, including designing and running assessment centres and competency-based interview questions.
