We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join the Quality and Patient Safety / Mental Health Act Administration Department based in St Cadoc's Hospital

We are seeking someone who has previously worked within an administrative position.

They will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational and IT skills and be flexible and adaptable in their approach to work within the team.

Must be able to work on their own initiative, use tact and diplomacy where appropriate and possess excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of IT systems, including the Health Board's databases e.g. WCCIS, CWS, Datix, Welsh Demographic Service, Oracle and ESR would be beneficial.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
