Job Overview
As an ESG Onboarding Senior Analyst, you must be experienced in data mapping and data migration. You will work across multiple client onboarding project teams in a hands-on technical capacity. You will be responsible for analysing large client data sets, transforming, migrating and reconciling transactional and static data.

You must have prior experience with ESG and sustainability data and familiarity with ESG initiatives, frameworks, and regulations such as SFDR, EDCI, SASB, GRI, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide knowledge of key sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG metrics (SFDR, EDCI, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
  • Excellent analytical and data skills with high attention to detail and experience handling and translating hundreds of ESG metrics at annual ESG reporting time.
  • Expert on the latest ESG reporting trends, new regulations and frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to translate technical sustainability information into simple, compelling and credible concepts
  • Confident in communicating clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Forward thinking and passionate about solving problems, bringing innovative ideas to the attention of our clients and team and willing to embrace change
  • Being able to work independently under pressure

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial industries
  • Previous experience in delivering reporting outputs to multiple stakeholders to meet their requirements, including regulatory disclosures;
  • Strong engagement, influencing and communications skills
  • Degree in a numerate discipline is preferable
  • Strong understanding of Private Equity is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in data migration and data reconciliation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience of working with advanced Excel formulas and functions such as If Statements, SumIFs is desirable
  • Knowledge on PowerBI would be preferable
  • Experience of determining and documenting solutions and processes
  • Ability to comprehend and simplify complex concepts to help influence decisions
  • Methodical and logical approach to problem solving
  • Confident with managing stakeholders, both internal and external across multiple Geographies, to a senior level. Influencing change and engagement, and well versed in reporting and presenting
