Domestic Abuse Triage Worker

The Triage Worker will work closely with the Deputy Calderdale Staying Safe (CSS) Manager to progress the triage of referrals into the service to ensure a pro-active, culturally appropriate, risk-led response that reflects service users' individual risks and needs.

This will include providing support to adult victims to help them to re-establish their self-worth and empower them to make informed decisions about their future and their children's future and to reduce risk and repeat victimisation.

The Triage Worker will also be the first point of contact for volunteers supporting the domestic abuse service.
