As the Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment while driving the success of our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support our maintenance team in achieving individual and collective goals, ensuring their professional development and cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership by setting clear expectations and promoting a positive work culture.
- Guide and inspire team members through coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback.
- Implement training programmes to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Address performance issues promptly and constructively, fostering a culture of improvement.
- Support in consumer/client escalations and maintain key relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Drive profitability and revenue through process improvements and service recommendations.
- Obtain feedback from clients to drive service improvements and approve annual leave requests.
- Lead incentive initiatives to drive employee engagement and implement new processes when required.
- Provide regular reporting and support the departmental Manager in delivering strategic goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership and team development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive improvement and adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with operational legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in managing GDPR requirements and ensuring adherence to company policies.

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
