Description
Answering and making calls to clients and internal customers

Organising internal meetings and taking minutes of the meeting such as H&S meetings and management meetings.

Photocopying and filing work

Data input such as timesheets

Creating and logging appointments

Invoice and finance work

Calendar management

Preparing payroll

Organising CSCS cards for workers

Project management from the 9th month with elements of coaching and mentoring other staff members

Organising logistics and events

Using Microsoft packages

And other duties

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) essential

NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE:

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £4.81 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.


Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.


The minimum wage rates are £6.83 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £9.18 for anyone aged 21-22 and £9.50 for anyone aged 23 and over.
