This role involves assisting the Examinations and Data Officer in the analysis and presentation of school data to provide accurate and up-to-the minute interpretation of pupil information.

The post holder will be required to manipulate and disseminate data effectively to the whole school community, as well as assisting with both internal and external examination administration and implementation.


The post holder will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time for 40 weeks which includes a minimum of 6 days in the school summer holiday period to cover the GCSE and A Level results' days.


Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and as this post is considered to be 'regulated activity', a check through the Disclosure and Barring Service including the children's barred list.


Successful applicants must be familiar with, and comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, child protection and promote the welfare of students.
