Verve People recruit on behalf of leading hotels, restaurants, and venues in and around Cheshire.


We are currently looking for vibrant and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team.
Our front of house team will have
fantastic opportunities to gain new skills and develop within the company.

You will be expected to lone work so confidence within this type of role is needed.


What your role would include:


  • Grinding and brewing coffee
  • Consistently providing wellcrafted, beautifully presented, and tasty beverages
  • Taking client orders and receiving payment
  • Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitised working environment
  • Competent in busy periods
  • Qualified and experienced
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
  • Pride in your work and appearance
  • A positive and hardworking attitude
