The Role


You will have opportunities to get involved in and contribute to projects as we continue to develop and improve our service and support in Adult social care.

Team working is critical to the way our recruitment team operates.


The day to day:


Business Development:
Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities


Right Person for the Role:


  • A highenergy, selfstarter who's focused on delivering outcomes, with the ability to establish new processes.
  • Highly Organised, reliable and possesses an excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Being able to cope with pressure.
  • Able to be persuasive, tenacious, and patient at times.
