Description
We have an exciting opportunity within our Head Office in Worcester for an Administrator. The role requires sound logic, an analytical approach and excellent communication skills.


You will provide administration support your team, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the department and recommend other areas for efficiency improvements or cost reductions.

The role:


  • Review documents to ensure all information present.
  • Set up new jobs
  • Review orders and pass to the department for raising
  • Maintain plant records
  • Deal with any invoice queries
  • Implement the standard ordering system
  • Complete reports for management meetings
  • Maintenance and reporting for the team
  • Support the team and assist in efficiency improvements
  • Complete the supplier performance log with any issues or feedback
  • Answering the phone, you will be on the second tier of calls and these must be answered
  • Filing of project documents for your team

Qualifications & Training

  • Experience of administration
  • Good organisational Skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team, and to use own initiative.
  • Good verbal communication skills, including a pleasant and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly in writing.
  • Good typing skills.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
