Andrew Cohen House in Birmingham is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 59 residents.

We pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for older people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.

As a member of our maintenance team you will be responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance on the building, its services and grounds in order to ensure that the Care Home is maintained in a safe, efficient and functional order.

Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for gardening upkeep in the home grounds
To be responsable for general tidyness in the grounds
To assist Maintenance operative if required
General painting and decorating in the home
