Our client is looking for a Customer Service Call Agents to join their busy expanding team
Training is provided

Worked in a call centre before? Complaint resolution? Worked Under pressure?
Then you'd be a perfect fit...
You will be liaising with clients and dealing with customer queries and complaints on a daily basis.


Duties:


  • Accurate update and maintenance of files and data related to damage reports
  • Ad hoc entering of claims into company database, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Arranging and following up on the collection of damaged items and the delivery of repaired or replacement items through third party suppliers
  • Assessment of collected items to determine whether repair or replacement is the appropriate course of action
  • Dealing with customer complaints and resolving in a timely manner
Skills Required

  • Fluent or native written and spoken English essential
  • Basic MS Office skills essential
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, English essential
