Project Administrator


Huntress have been tasked with sourcing high level Administrators and Data Entry professionals in the Reading/ Thatcham area to work on a very large scale project for a giant in the gas and renewables industry.


Job Title Administration Clerk/ Project Administrator

Reports to Site Manager

Contract Duration 12 month contract - Extension likely

Working Hours Contract - 37 h/p/w - 40 h/p/w

Location Crookham Common / Thatcham Area Full time office based

PAYE Pay Rate £150 p/d

Umbrella Pay Rate £200 p/d

Purpose of the position:

The Administration Clerk is responsible for all the data capturing and administration for this project.


Qualifications and experience:

The successful applicant must have the following qualification and experience

  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent
  • Experience and/or suitable administrative qualification an advantage
  • High computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge and experience required
  • Accuracy and speed in preparing and reviewing documentation

Principle duties and responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for,


Amongst others, the following functions:

  • Monitor the attendance register
  • Time sheets compiling (weekly)
  • Update staff list
  • Maintaining SHEQ records
  • Capturing of cable pull sheets
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Accommodation bookings
  • Perform general clerical functions including photocopying, scanning and filing.
  • Generate client specific reports on request and send to the Deliver Manager which may include:
  • Daily Report
  • Weekly Report
  • Monthly Report

Working conditions:

The job entails reporting directly to the Site Manager
