Working Hours:
Flexible working to suit both the employee and the buisness needs


Salary:
£22, Commision (on target earnings £4.5k)


Location:
This position will move between our facilities to cover sickness, annual leave and to offer sites additional support where needed

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Advisor to join our team of membership advisors to offer support across the contract where needed.

In this role you will provide concise membership information with regards to all of our facilities and its offerings. You will be required to show customers around our facilities, discussing their offerings and programming along with selling memberships.

You will ensure that monthly sales and financial targets are hit and track new and existing members, as well as creating a welcome atmosphere for customers.

You will create a strong link between Health and Fitness, Front of House and the operational support teams by being enthusiastic and passionate to deliver on the sales plan.


The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, whether it be face to face or over the telephone you will strive to deliver your best service to meet both customer and business needs.


No day will be the same, reporting directly to the Contract Sales Manager you will be offering strategic support across the contract.

Your flexible approach to working will see you influencing our diverse teams and implementing fresh ideas and approaches to positively impact customer experience and sales performance.

What you'll need to do the role


First and foremost this role will see you supporting all of our leisure centres within Birmingham so you must have the ability to travel between sites.

To be considered for this role you will also have previous sales / leisure experience.
