The job itself:


We are seeking to recruit a Supply Team Assistant required to work 18.5 hours over two days within the East Riding Supply Service which is part of the Inclusion and Access Team.

The hours of work will be 7am until 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break on a Wednesday. On Friday the hours work will be 7am until 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Alternatively, you may be required to work 6.30am until 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break, as and when needed. Flexibility within the role may be needed from time to time.

You will need good organisational, communication, up to date ICT skills and office administration experience. You will be required to work in a busy environment whereby daily priorities can change at short notice.

The East Riding Supply Service receives calls from primary and secondary schools and other service areas between 6.30am and 5.00pm daily requesting cover for vacant or absent posts as well as calls from supply workers.
