This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of school MIS systems and data analysis to work with our Director of Data & KPI Metrics, supporting the senior leadership team and colleagues across the wider school and Trust with all aspects of data gathering, analysis, reporting and timetable development.

  • It would be advantageous if you have experience using Arbor, Timetabler and Power BI or other similar systems.
In addition to the above, we're looking for someone who is self-driven and wants to deliver the best service.

It's important that you can demonstrate a solution's focused attitude, maintaining a positive outlook and work well in a team.

What you'll get in return?

You'll be joining a school and Trust which is all about putting staff first - with numerous wellbeing initiatives and social events to enjoy each term

In addition to this you will benefit from:

  • West Yorkshire Pension Fund
  • one of the best pension schemes in the country.
  • Termtime Only working with flexibility around the additional days to be worked.
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Free Parking
  • An onsite Gym
  • Employee assistance programme

More about the role, you will:

  • Work as part of a wider team to maintain the School's MIS, ensuring that data is up to date, accurate and accessible.
  • Support the development of efficient and reliable datagathering systems and procedures, ensuring School and Trust deadlines are met.
  • Update data management and storage systems, in order to ensure data is up to date, accurate and accessible.
  • Provide staff training and guidance in the use of the School's MIS and other related pieces of software.
  • Support data analysis, using the School's MIS and Microsoft Office software.
  • Develop and maintain the school's reporting system, producing reports to support the work of colleagues.
  • Provide software support to staff and resolve any issues with software publishers.
  • Use product knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of the whole academy timetable.
  • Work with SLT colleagues to coordinate the provision of accurate timetables for students and staff at the start of the academic year, and to support the resolution of problems and timetable amendments throughout the year.
  • Liaise with, provide information for, and process data from outside agencies.
  • Be responsible for monitoring information within the academy's MIS, producing reports when required.
  • Produce, collate and arrange distribution of student assessment reports.
  • Establish and maintain records and design mark sheets for data input, supporting the work of colleagues across the school.
