The Opportunity
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our EDF Business Solutions (EBS) Large Business Public Sector team.
The core purpose of EBS is to sell contracts to business customers and manage those relationships. In order to ensure those customers keep coming back the level of service we provide is of paramount importance.

Who you are
As a Customer Service Advisor at EDF, you'll need to be someone who is self-motivated, calm and considerate.
We're looking for a great listener who can communicate effectively.
Location:
Exeter - you'll start your training at our refurbished Exeter office (Gadeon House) which will last two weeks. Our office provides light and airy hot desking, free hot drinks, and even free breakfast options. Here you will be able to work with your team and build up your professional network.
Once your training is completed, you'll have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and the office until further notice.
Your working week will be 9.00 am pm Monday to Friday
