XERO and Sage Migration Support Assistant / Bookkeeper required for new and exciting role with BookCheck X Limited.
Who are we?
BookCheck X Limited is the sister company of BookCheck Limited, the market leading outsourced Bookkeeping with Management Accounts company established in 1994.
As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a part time XERO Migration and Add-on Support Assistant.
XERO Migration Support Assistant -
The Role:
Your role will be to assist the existing team with Xero migrations and researching the add-ons available in the Xero Marketplace.
You will hold scoping sessions with clients to find out their exact requirements and then research options available, reporting back to the client with their available options.
What you will need to bring with you:
- High level Xero skills. Xero accreditation desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Sage 50
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience.
- A love of communicating with people and a curious mind
- An eagerness to learn and progress
- Fresh ideas
- Knowledge of what you do know, and what you don't know
- Some knowledge of Xero apps e.g. Dext, Hubdoc, Unleashed
- Excellent Excel skills to include confident use of lookups and pivot tables, Knowledge of Excel Power Queries would be a bonus
- Excellent written and spoken English
Personal attributes:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
- Diplomatic, discreet, polite and patient
- Punctual and reliable
- You will need to be selfmotivated, professional and adaptable as you will be expected to work independently from home, as well as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills are a must
- You will need to have your own PC with a printer and a good broadband connection
