This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage venture capital fund manager who are looking to grow their team.

A broad and varied role, this will provide a fantastic first step into the sector for those either looking to move out of practice or progresstheir career within PE/VC following qualification.

The appointee will gain excellent exposure to all areas of fund and corporate finance, as well as working closely with their portfolio companies taking an active role supporting accurate reporting and monitoringtheir performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Management of the fund's portfolio and working alongside startups.
Production of quarterly investor reporting and portfolio company analysis.
Production of the management accounts, fund and management company financial statements and management of the audit process.
Fund reconciliations and CASS reporting.
