We're looking for an experienced Art Director to join our Leeds team, who has worked with an array of clients ranging from fashion and beauty, food and drink and particularly home and lifestyle.

You'll have experience being client facing and presenting creative solutions, visualizing concepts, and executing the desired vision at the shoot, collaborating with our incredible in-house production team.

Working from concept through to delivery, executing everything to the highest level.

Key Purpose of Role
The Art Director will be responsible for sustaining and elevating the visual output across the studio. You must be a creative problem solver who can encourage others' creativity as well as express your own. This is a fast-paced environment where your creativity and strategic thinking must work simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation: Able to present competent production proposals with confidence and passion.
Meetings: Confident and valuable contribution to client and internal meetings, inspiring others.
Opportunities: Learn to seek out opportunities for organic growth to increase the scope of projects.
Time Management: Diligent and accurate reporting on time used against time budgeted.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate on a daily basis the ability to work as part of a team.
Listen: To our team and our clients, really get to the heart of what is being requested.
Software: Learn and be competent using our inhouse software Content Hub.

What skills are required?

3+ years within a Production agency as an onset Art Director
At least 1 year working with home and leisure/interior clients
Based within commutable distance to our Leeds based office
