Eden Brown Synergy have locum opportunities available for a new Mobile Intermediate Care team to work in West Yorkshire.


The vacancies are with a new agency team to provide Intermediate Care support to assist with freeing bed space across hospitals and care homes in the region.

The team will provide Occupational Therapy assessments to facilitate patients to leave the carehome setting back into their own homes.

We are looking for OTs with experience in either:

  • Intermediate Care
  • Community Rehab
  • Discharge to Assess
Applicants will need HCPC registration and have access to their own transport to work in the community. Full and part time hours will be considered.
