HEAD OF VALETING-QUALITY CONTROL

LOCATION:
BRIGHTON

SALARY:
FROM £21,200 TO £25,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + COMPANY BENEFITS

PERMANENT - FULL TIME

Previous Automotive Valeting experience (desirable not necessary)

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all elements of our valeting operation operates effectively.
Ensure all Valeting Areas are always staffed and kept tidy.
To ensure site security and front gate is always secure.
At the request of the sales, service departments, carry out driving jobs as and when required.
Carry out a predelivery quality check and ensure the vehicle meets customer expectations on all vehicles completed.
To ensure all Vehicles are cleaned and completed as per the department's requests.
To establish a great working relationship with our onsite valeting partner
Keep designated car parking areas clear of vehicles (other than in the event of deliveries).
Maintenance of external car parking areas to ensure they are free of litter, cigarette butts etc.
Maintain safe working practices and standards, including driving all vehicles with due care and attention for all customers, road users and pedestrians.
To establish operational processes to ensure all site KPI regarding vehicle preparation are met.
To manage and support all thirdparty contractors while on site.
To carry out full valets & cleans when required to support the vehicle preparation team.
