GenTech are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Lisburn for a permanent Warehouse Returns/Recycling Co-Ordinator

Duties will include:

Receipt of all returned equipment from Field Technicians ensuring all equipment has been labelled in accordance with company procedures.
Recording of full details and logging all returned equipment ensuring it is segregated in accordance with company procedures,
Decontamination of all returned equipment prior to recycling.
Recycling and stock control of spare parts as specified by Warehouse Supervisor.
Dismantling and Disposal of equipment in line with company procedures.
Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in accordance with current ISO Procedures.
Work to fixed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Liaising with NHS Trust Staff in relation to returns policy and categorisation.
Ensure all client equipment is handled in accordance with ISO procedures.
Report all issues, adverse situations, and product feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Essential Criteria:

GCSE in English and Maths
Basic Mechanical Skills
2 years' experience of working within a warehouse /workshop role gained within the last 5 years
Computer skills and have experience of Microsoft Excel
Full Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points

Hours of Work:

Monday
Friday 8am 4.30pm

Company Benefits:

Salary: £22,250 per annum

Holiday entitlement:

Year 1: 30 days including stats

Year 2-3: 35 days including stats

Year 4: extra day per year (maximum) 40 including stats
