This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Private Equity backed IT Services business.

The data and Analytics team are responsible for the continued growth of data and analytics capabilities within the business, sitting across all divisions, acquisitions, and products of Focus Group.

This role is to lead the team of business analysts, actively contributing to the evolution of Focus's internal reporting to drive the growth and strategy of the business, both organic and inorganic.

Role is based in HQ offices in Shoreham by Sea, with ability to work from home 2 to 3 days a week.

Principal Responsibilities/Duties

Work with Directors and Heads of. across the business to understand new reporting requirements and actively take part in the production of new materials
Responsible for the data integrity coming out of core systems (Billing, CRM, Operations workflow)
Proven ability to shape a range of diverse requirements into coherent and understandable strategies
Regular presentation of findings to Csuite
Actively contribute to the delivery of a cloudbased data warehouse to streamline data processes and unlock deeper analytics capabilities
Championing the use of data and digital tools by nontechnical users across the business

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
Selfstarter, continuously come up with new recommendation on how to improve analysis and processes
Experience in data modelling
Strong commercial mindset, proven track record of turning complicated datasets into concise and insightful analysis
Excellent attention to detail
Ambitious, team player with 'can do' attitude
Proven management and mentoring skills
Exposure to FP&A or Corporate Finance
