HR Advisor REQUIRED

I am delighted to be working with a large construction company based in
Ballymena to recruit their new
HR Advisor on a
part-time basis

You will report to the senior management of the business and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include:

  • Supporting and advising line managers within the business.
  • Recruitment & selection.
  • HR records.
  • Policy & procedures.
  • Disciplinaries and grievances.

What we are looking for:


  • Qualified in HR/CIPD with experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience with HR policy development and review.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
