Responsibilities
As a Design Management Apprentice, you'll be working within the Kier Construction team, supporting their Design team.
Your day to day will include:
- Partner with clients, our supply chain, and other internal/external teams to provide technical advice and support all whilst encouraging innovation
- Liaise with designers, review designs, conduct site visits and inspections, preparing reports/briefs
- Survey/monitor work being carried out
You will also study for a
Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician qualification with support from our experienced teams - giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.

- Can work collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Punctual, selfmotivated, and willing to learn
- Five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths, English and a Science; or a Level 2 Apprenticeship
