Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a Horley based organisation who are seeking an experienced
Finance Assistant to join their existing team.
Reporting to the Finance Director this role will assist with a range of accounting duties.
Responsibilities
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Posting remittances
- Liaising re purchase orders
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Assisting with benefit claiming
- Dealing with tenancy agreements for clients
- Assisting with checking of monthly payroll
- Posting banking transactions
- Assisting in other areas within finance
Requirements:
- Good accounts experience specifically sales ledger and credit control
- Organised, team player with strong communication skills
- Strong IT experience including intermediate Excel
- Active studier highly desirable
