Residential Conveyancing
Due to increased volumes of transactions, one of our clients is looking to recruit within their Residential Conveyancing department. They are looking to recruit experienced conveyancers to handle their own caseload in a supportive busy team. Location isflexible for these roles and could be based in any of the following offices; Eastbourne, Bexhill or Hailsham.

The Role

Acting for buyers and sellers in residential conveyancing transactions;
Undertaking all aspects of the transaction from initial contact to registration;
Managing a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, remortgages, buytolets;
Complying with UK Finance mortgage lenders' handbook;
Advising on SDLT including higher rates, reliefs and exemptions;
Developing relationships with agents, brokers and other property professionals.

The Person

A clientfocused experienced conveyancer who can undertake a busy caseload with mínimal assistance;
Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX welcome but not essential depending on experience;
Fulltime preferred;
Must enjoy direct contact with clients and agents;
Must be able to work independently without reliance on case management;
Shares the firm's values of excellence, teamwork and dedication.
