Description

Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about products or services\
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately

Skills:


  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in upselling products or services is beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,717.69 per year
