Job Title:
Customer Care Coordinator (Southampton)
Salary:
£10.00ph
Hours: 8 Hours per week (Every Friday 9am - 5pm).
Location:
Southampton.
Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Effective promotion and selling of addon products where applicable
- Diary management
- Manage instore CRM? System to the highest standard
- Processing customer payments
- Support towards compliance with all administrative duties
- Ensure the right quantity and range of stock is kept at all times
- Carry out all store administrative and logistics tasks as required and to a high standard
- Customer care
Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
- Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with others
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and face
