We are proud to be partnering with a grant giving organisation who are one of the largest funders of academic and health research in the UK to help find their new Team Administrator to support across their finance and grants teams.
The Team Administrator provides support to the Finance Team by undertaking administrative and secretarial duties S/he also supports the activities of the Trust by undertaking various clerical and administrative duties.
- Provide general support to Finance Team; assist with the closing of grants; recording of grant acceptance letters, chasing financial statements
- Resolving basic grant queries and responding to general enquiries
- Scheduling appointments, organising meetings and distributing minutes
- Maintaining general records systems to uphold accurate files
- Booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls
- Daily use of Grant Tracker, a grant management system used by the Trust for all grant and Fellowship schemes.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an administrator who has worked in or has ambitions to work in the grant giving sector.
