IT Support Engineer (2nd line)


Location:
Colchester


Salary:
£29K - £35K


I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a 2nd line IT Support Engineer to join well established, award-winning Managed Service Provider that is currently going through a large spell of growth.

You will be a part of a very talented IT team, that isresponsible for resolving and troubleshooting incidents from 1st to 3rd line level.

You will be supporting a wide variety of clients and industries, and this can be done remotely, in the office, or on-site.


Key Skills:


  • Office 36
  • Administration
  • Windows Desktop and server
  • Hardware and Software Experience
  • Customer facing and confident to solve tasks

Desirable:


  • MSP Experience
  • IT Helpdesk experience
