Payment processing and resolution role with Global Bank.

6 month temporary role to support with volume.

Client Details
Expanding and exciting Global Bank based in Sutton.

Description

Investigate all queries relating to inward remittances and outward payments
Monitor payment queues and portal to ensure all transactions are repaired and processed within deadlines
Liaise with various departments internally within the bank
Produce and maintain procedures
Monitor department volumes and provide detailed MI to Senior Management on a monthly basis
Ensure that all SWIFT queues are cleared each day and there are no messages left as pending
Ensure the all SWIFT NAK'd and Rejected messages are investigated, rectified, and resent if necessary
