MBA are looking for a New Car Sales Manager to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Manchester.

This would be a perfect role for an experienced individual who is looking to work with premium brands at an ever-evolving company.

The client is a family run business and first started selling cars in 1960 and since then have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West.

As a New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance andresults of a team of Sales Executives within the New Cars Sales team for a premium brand.

In return, the New Car Sales Manager can expect a basic salary of £47,000 with a realistic, uncapped OTE of £67,000 plus a company car.

There's also 27 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, EmployeeReward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discounts and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing the department to ensure agreed sales and profit targets are met
  • To drive and encourage the performance and activities of all New Car Sales Executives to reach business and manufacturer sales targets and operating standards
  • Ensure inhouse and manufacturer training is carried out and up to date in line with retail standards and all staff are provided with coaching and support.
Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Manager (New or Used) within a franchise
  • Background within a premium brand is advantageous but not essential
  • Proven track record managing a successful team of Sales Execs
  • Strong work ethic and approach to efficiency and productivity
  • Passionate about the automotive industry
