Associate Lecturer in Computing:

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing engaging course materials, incorporating industryrelevant case studies and realworld examples.
Assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and guiding their academic and professional development.
Mentoring and supervising students' projects, dissertations, and research endeavors at both UG and PG levels.
Contributing to the ongoing curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring alignment with industry advancements and best practices.
Participating in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and relevant professional development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A Master's degree at minimum (preferably a PhD) in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, AI/ML, Data Science or a closely related discipline.
Strong expertise, professional certification and industry and/or academic experience in related areas.
Proven teaching or training experience, preferably at higher education level.
Uptodate knowledge of industry tools, technologies, and emerging trends.
Commitment to staying abreast of advancements in the field and continuously improving teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.
Excellent teamwork skills.
